Rates
Our rates start at $16 per visit and contingent upon transportation costs, the number, type and nature of your pet(s).
Reservations during peak times (holidays and school vacations) require
a $25 non-refundable deposit which will be applied towards services contracted.
Additional fees may be required for services which exceed the allotted time for your pet(s).
The towns covered are PARTS of Plymouth, Carver, Kingston, Plympton, Duxbury.
If We Don't Cover Your Area...
If you need a pet sitter in areas we don't cover, it is suggested you contact your veterinarian,
pet store, groomer, or Pet Sitters International. We are always happy to refer pet owners to pet sitters
or to answer any questions you may have about starting a pet sitting service.
However messages (that are considered long distance calls) left on our answering
machine for this type information will not be returned. Feel free to email us

What You Should Expect The First Time You Call
When you call, you may get the answering machine. Messages are checked quite frequently so please leave a message and I'll get back to you in a timely manner. When I do, I will ask where you live, what you have for a pet, and the dates you are considering service. If you reside in the area we service (Plymouth alone covers 100 sq. miles!) and the dates you need are open, I will then ask to set up a no charge consultation to meet you and your pet(s). I prefer to do this as close to the date you're leaving so the pet(s) will remember me on my first visit. (For dog owners, if you insist on a consultation weeks before your departure or you suspect your dog's temperament may be a problem there will be a $10 fee to return a second time to determine if we can be of service).
Upon my arrival (with your permission) I will offer the pet(s) a treat....a sort of "let's get aquainted gesture". We will then sit down and go over a service agreement which covers the instructions for pet care, and other things around the home such as watering plants or lawn, collecting mail and/or newspapers. I will need a key at this visit as well as an emergency phone number of where you can be reached or a phone number of a friend or relative. Due to gasoline prices we are trying to eliminate extra trips to your home relating to keys and payment. We are now requesting payment in full at the time of the consultaton for new clients and payment in full left for us at the first visit for existing clients. You have the following options concerning your keys:
- We can leave it outside hidden in a pre-determined location.
- We can hold on to the key for future visits.
- We will personally return the key for a $8 fee.
That's all there is to it! You can be sure your pets and home will be well cared for while you are away.
